VINIFICATION
Early morning manual harvesting to boxes. After destemming the grapes are crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperatures of 21º-24ª.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Should be consumed at temperature of 18ºC.

Wine with a great gastronomic versatility. To be enjoyed with all types of meat, pasta and cheese.
