Prices Including Taxes and Fees

The prices of the articles are duly indicated in the proper place and include taxes and fees.

Orders, Shipping and Deliveries

Orders whose destination is the national territory (Mainland) will be sent via Carrier, directly to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.

Portugal (Mainland) deliveries:

Orders are delivered within 2 (two) business days (maximum 5 days from the date the order was placed).

Shipping costs for mainland Portugal:

Our online store has a fixed fee of €5.00 for orders under €50.00. If the total value of the order is above this value (€50.00), shipping costs do not apply.

Impossibility of receiving the order for reasons attributable to the customer:

In case of absence of the customer at the address indicated at the time of delivery, a notice of attempted delivery is left with an indication of the place where the order must be picked up, as a rule the courier enters in telephone contact with the customer before carrying out the delivery, if the order if it is not lifted after 7 working days, Elite Vinhos considers this act as a manifestation of willingness to terminate the contract, the order being canceled and returned to Elite Vinhos.

Impossibility of delivery after the order has been placed by the customer: If the item ordered by the customer is unavailable, Elite Vinhos undertakes to inform by e-mail, within three working days from the date on which it became aware of the unavailability and , to refund it within 30 days of the same date, at no cost to the customer.

Ordering – Step by Step

To place the order, the following steps must be carried out:

1. Access the Elite Vinhos store website as a user;

2. Make the selection of the items to be purchased, adding them to the shopping cart;

3. Select the order finalization;

4. Confirm the delivery address of the order;

5. Read and accept the general conditions;

6. Confirm the value of the order;

7. Select the payment method;

8. Give the order as completed.

Cost of Using the Distance Communication Technique

There are no costs charged for communication.

Validity Period of the Offer or Contractual Proposal

The validity periods of the offer of the products are maintained, unless there is a lack of stock.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order after placing it if, within 24 hours, you send an email to geral@elitevinhos.com expressly expressing this intention.

Contract Termination after Order Receipt

After receiving the order, the customer has 14 days to resolve the purchase and sale agreement entered into on the website https://elitevinhos.com and must communicate this intention via email geral@elitevinhos.com without need to indicate the reason.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must respect the following conditions:

a) Return of the items within 30 days of receipt, without traces of use and in its original packaging;

b) Sending proof of purchase;

c) The products must arrive at our facilities within thirty days from the receipt of the order to the following address:

Elite Vinhos considers itself responsible for the article only from the moment the article is received at its premises. Until its reception the responsibility of the same is of the own client for which we advise the registration of the shipment. In case of termination of the contract, Elite Vinhos undertakes to refund, within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the returned merchandise, the amounts paid by the consumer by bank transfer to the account indicated in the notification email.


All exchanges and returns must be made using the CTT or the carrier, transportation costs are borne by the customer and must be sent to the following address:
